San Diegan Releases Book Detailing Small Claims Success Strategies
SAN DIEGO, CA, April 18, 2006 - For Joe Average, legal justice for even the most mundane issue can be hard to come by – particularly if they’re seeking that elusive vindication in small claims court. In fact, according to HALT – An Organization of Americans for Legal Reform, small claims courts are “not making the grade” on a national scale, with the study revealing a desperate need for state-by-state reforms in order for small claims to function as “true people’s courts.”
Until lawmakers institute legislation reforms that will make it easier for the general public resolve disputes within the small claims court system and empower them to take control of their own commonplace legal needs, we will continue to flounder. With this in mind, Attorney Jeff Isaac, has just released the “How to Win in Small Claims Court” guidebook, which offers sound, tactical advice on how to achieve jurisdictional justice, including information on how to file, how to prepare for and present your case, how to respond if you are the defendant, and to appeal the decision.
“There are many specific strategies that, if employed in small claims court, can help assure the case will go your way,” said Isaac. “This book provides the necessary information to help individuals appropriately prepare for, and prevail in, the often vexing small claims court system.”
