Once you sign up for our services, you can download all of the forms necessary to get started. And remember! Signing up online is just like signing up in our office, without the car trip! Jeff and his staff are available to assist you, by telephone or by appointment, with the questions you will probably have, and to prepare your documents once you submit your forms. In addition to our competitive prices, we don’t add fees every time you call us with a question or want to sit with Jeff Isaac or his staff face-to-face! The only additional fees you may have to provide will be nominal costs to third parties, such as the County Recorder, for transferring real property to your Living Trust, or materials and filing fees for your incorporation. We don’t like hidden fees and don’t think you should have to pay them, either!

Durable Power of Attorney
A Power of Attorney is a document that gives a person of your choosing the power to sign documents, file your taxes, and make financial decisions on your behalf if you become legally unable to do so. Even if you don’t need a Living Trust, this is a vital tool for eliminating squabbling in the courtroom if you can’t pay your own bills anymore. If you have a Living Trust already, you should execute a new Power of Attorney every three to five years to make sure your bank will accept it as a current document.
