If you are ready to do a Living Trust or incorporate your business, but want to save some money on gas for a trip to the office, this is the place to begin!  Once you sign up for our services, you can download all of the forms necessary to get started.  And remember!  Signing up online is just like signing up in our office, without the car trip!  Jeff and his staff are available to assist you, by telephone or by appointment, with the questions you will probably have, and to prepare your documents once you submit your forms.  In addition to our competitive prices, we don’t add fees every time you call us with a question or want to sit with Jeff Isaac or his staff face-to-face!  The only additional fees you may have to provide will be nominal costs to third parties, such as the County Recorder, for transferring real property to your Living Trust, or materials and filing fees for your incorporation.  We don’t like hidden fees and don’t think you should have to pay them, either! 

Advance Health Care Directive

About two years ago, a courtroom drama unfolded while a family struggled for control over the fate of a young woman who was no longer able to speak for herself.  Don’t let this happen to you and your family!  Even if you don’t need a Living Trust, an Advance Healthcare Directive allows you to give instructions to your health care providers and your family, and appoints the person you choose to follow those instructions, without courtroom interference. You can give them instructions about the types of treatments you want or don't want to receive if you become incapacitated.  If you have a Living Trust already, you should execute a new Advance Health Care Directive every three to five years to stay on top of changes in healthcare law and so you can be confident that your healthcare provider will accept it as a current document.
